Sell real things honestly, to people who chose to talk to you. Follow WhatsApp’s rules and the law where you trade.
You may not use Mokasa to
- Sell anything WhatsApp’s Commerce Policy forbids, including weapons, illegal drugs, tobacco and vaping products, adult content, live animals, and fake or stolen goods.
- Sell prescription medicines unless a licensed pharmacist checks every prescription.
- Sell alcohol, gambling, financial or health products without the licences your country requires, or to people under the legal age.
- Send messages to people who have not opted in, or buy and import contact lists.
- Mislead customers about prices, stock, delivery times or who they are talking to.
- Run scams, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways or requests for PINs and passwords.
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
- Collect sensitive data you do not need, such as ID numbers or health details.
- Try to break, overload or reverse engineer Mokasa, or get around its limits.
Being honest about the AI
Customers should know they may be talking to an automated assistant. Mokasa says so when asked, and a person on your team must always be reachable.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may pause the agent, remove content or end the account. We cannot reverse a WhatsApp restriction for misuse. We usually warn you first, unless the harm is serious.
